Materials:
- 2 pieces of foam padding (1 inch thick each)
- 2 pieces of Velcro strips
- 2 pieces of string or rope
- Scissors
- Ruler
Instructions:

Cut the foam padding to the following dimensions:
- Length: 30 inches
- Width: 18 inches
- Height: 10 inches

Fold the padding in half lengthwise and sew the edges together with a 1/2-inch seam allowance.

Cut the Velcro strips to the following dimensions:
- Length: 12 inches
- Width: 6 inches

Attach the Velcro strips to the top and bottom edges of the padding, about 2 inches apart.

Tie the string or rope around the top edge of the padding, about 6 inches from the edge.

Attach the Velcro strips to the string, about 2 inches apart.

Adjust the padding to the desired height and length.

Tie the string or rope around the bottom edge of the padding, about 6 inches from the edge.
