Materials:

  • 2 pieces of foam padding (1 inch thick each)
  • 2 pieces of Velcro strips
  • 2 pieces of string or rope
  • Scissors
  • Ruler

Instructions:

  1. Cut the foam padding to the following dimensions:

    • Length: 30 inches
    • Width: 18 inches
    • Height: 10 inches
  2. Fold the padding in half lengthwise and sew the edges together with a 1/2-inch seam allowance.

  3. Cut the Velcro strips to the following dimensions:

    • Length: 12 inches
    • Width: 6 inches
  4. Attach the Velcro strips to the top and bottom edges of the padding, about 2 inches apart.

  5. Tie the string or rope around the top edge of the padding, about 6 inches from the edge.

  6. Attach the Velcro strips to the string, about 2 inches apart.

  7. Adjust the padding to the desired height and length.

  8. Tie the string or rope around the bottom edge of the padding, about 6 inches from the edge.

  9. Attach the Velcro strips to the string, about 2 inches apart.

  10. Adjust the padding to the desired height and length.
